GUIDELINES ON THE ARRIVAL OF LEVEL 200 STUDENTS ON CAMPUS

In order to monitor the health conditions and to ensure the safety of all students and College Staff due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the following guidelines shall strictly be adhered to;_
1. The reporting date is strictly 31st August, 2020 before 5:00pm.
2. All students must go through screening and local registration at the College Gate before entering the campus.
3. All students must pass through the main gate; all other routes to campus are deemed illegal, hence contravenes the College regulations.
4.Inter-hall visits are discouraged upon arrival on campus.
5. There shall be no "going to town" or travelling outside campus in the course of stay on campus. Students are therefore advised to be ready to stay before reporting to campus. In the event that it becomes extremely important for any student to travel, permission shall be sought, first from the Chairman of the COVID-19 Committee and endorsed by the Vice Principal before any movement.
6. Students must be well equipped, that is, get all the necessary personal items/needs that will sustain them in the course of their stay on campus. There shall be no borrowing of items.
7. Students who are indigenes or leaving in Amedzofe must also report and be accommodated on campus until departure day.
8. All students shall go through mandatory screening at least once in a week during their stay on campus.
9. Students are advised to come with their own portable pocket tissue paper for cleaning and avoid or limit the use of handkerchief. Anti-bacteria substances and disinfectants such as detol, savlon etc., should also be brought for personal use. Those for general cleaning will be provided by the College as usual.
10. There shall be no social gatherings especially for the purpose of singing and drumming e.g. 'borborbor' and 'Jama' on campus.
